◆ Melody WANG

本校行政與外事主管、專職高級(jí)培訓(xùn)師。曾任大學(xué)英語專業(yè)教師多年（1989-1996），從事全封閉英語教學(xué)近10年，主講教師，浸泡式快樂交際教學(xué)法創(chuàng)始人之一，擅長使用快樂聽說交際教學(xué)法教授英語口語、聽力以及IELTS（雅思）寫作和口語，教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，方法多樣奏效，教學(xué)認(rèn)真投入，教學(xué)應(yīng)變能力強(qiáng)，教學(xué)效果優(yōu)秀，受到各個(gè)層次的學(xué)生的歡迎和好評(píng)。主要著作有《英語詞匯的特點(diǎn)》、《英語聽說愉快教學(xué)探索》等。Melody的豐富的跨文化交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以助您少走彎路，早日達(dá)成您自由交流的夢想。

◆ Ivy LIU

本校專職教學(xué)總監(jiān)、專職高級(jí)培訓(xùn)師。此前一直擔(dān)任廣東外語外貿(mào)大學(xué)專業(yè)教師，教授英語口語、綜合英語、聽力、閱讀、經(jīng)貿(mào)英語等課程。Ivy Liu是英語聽說浸泡式快樂交際教學(xué)法創(chuàng)始人之一，擅長教授英語口語、聽力、閱讀和IELTS（雅思）口語。教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、教學(xué)方法靈活多樣、教學(xué)應(yīng)變能力強(qiáng)、能夠把浸泡式快樂交際教學(xué)法發(fā)揮到極至，因此教學(xué)效果優(yōu)秀，受到各個(gè)層次的學(xué)生的歡迎和愛戴，多次獲教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)秀教師獎(jiǎng)。她所教的《新概念英語》（New Concept English）、《走遍美國》（Family Album USA）等課程是學(xué)生的愛。主要著作：《英語聽說愉快教學(xué)探索》、《簡明漢英搭配詞典》、《法律英語核心教程》、《論文學(xué)風(fēng)格的翻譯》、《曹操的四言詩英譯問題探討》等。

◆ Anton

Originally from Cumberland, MD, USA, I have travelled, and worked in different countries and for the last 5 years I have been in Guangzhou. Prior to coming to ILC I have worked in numerous positions, both as a teacher and as a private English tutor, so I have had a chance to teach students of various ages, backgrounds, and levels of English proficiency. I pride myself on my ability to connect and communicate with any student, whether they are 12 or 52 years old, and on being able to create a positive, engaging atmosphere in the classroom. In class I do not just teach the language itself, but I also try to educate students about the western culture, traditions, customs and the life in the west in general.

美國籍外教。英俊瀟灑的他，常和學(xué)生打成一片，充分利用各種情景，時(shí)刻培養(yǎng)學(xué)生開口說英語的習(xí)慣，以純正的語音和英語國家文化影響著身邊的學(xué)生，讓學(xué)生在無形中取得英語口語的提高。

◆Bryan

加拿大籍商務(wù)英語專家Bryan Hoover，精通商務(wù)英語，教授Market Leader (1-4冊)等商務(wù)英語教材多年，心得體會(huì)頗深，善于從商業(yè)道德等角度引導(dǎo)學(xué)生探討商務(wù)及商務(wù)語言學(xué)習(xí)，善于發(fā)掘?qū)W生潛質(zhì)。Bryan口音純正，語音清晰，幽默風(fēng)趣，個(gè)性突出，感染力強(qiáng)，授課技巧精湛，課堂設(shè)計(jì)有創(chuàng)意，深受學(xué)員喜愛。耐心細(xì)致，喜歡陪愛學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)員聊天。Bryan曾擔(dān)任高等教育出版社《商務(wù)英語翻譯（漢譯英）》（2007）的主審，其專業(yè)能力獲得好評(píng)。

◆ obert

澳洲籍培訓(xùn)師，具有豐富的商務(wù)英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擅長演講。他是我校主打的商務(wù)英語主導(dǎo)老師，其商務(wù)案例分析無不讓學(xué)生佩服。除了課堂理論教學(xué)，他還非常注重帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生進(jìn)行實(shí)地商務(wù)考察學(xué)習(xí)，讓學(xué)生能有機(jī)會(huì)學(xué)以致用，更好地掌握商務(wù)知識(shí)和提高口語表達(dá)能力。

◆ Peny

新西蘭籍外教，擁有著九個(gè)兄弟姐妹，家中排行老三。出自于書香門第的Peny 繼承父愿，成為了一名教師。自1986年，Peny 受雇于新西蘭教育局，擁有新西蘭教師注冊局TRB頒發(fā)的教師資格證、奧克蘭師范學(xué)院文憑、新西蘭維多利亞惠靈頓大學(xué)授予的ESL（英語作為第二外語的教學(xué)專業(yè)文憑），歷年來所教學(xué)生包括大中小學(xué)以及各機(jī)構(gòu)商業(yè)人士，曾先后任教于澳大利亞及韓國等國。

關(guān)于教學(xué)理念，Peny 認(rèn)為，教育是終身的，教師是領(lǐng)路者，應(yīng)該激發(fā)學(xué)生的潛能和天賦，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大限度地發(fā)展。教師不能一味地灌輸語法詞匯，因?yàn)閷W(xué)生不是空無一物的容器，而是一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活動(dòng)感的個(gè)體，等待著老師的引導(dǎo)。

◆ Enya

I am Enya, approachable and patient. I tend to be strict and tough on students. Having been dedicated in English training since I graduated from university, I mainly aim to help students improve the fluency and effectiveness in communication. I make every effort to inspire students to think independently and encourage them to speak actively, so that effective interaction was enhanced. What's more, the way I instructed students to practice in virtual situation is really beneficial, because it contributes greatly to show students how to speak naturally like the native speaker does.

I am Diego, form Hunan province. I majored in English at college. I really love English because the more I master it, the more beauties I get out of it. And I am eager to share it with you. With the past few years' working practice, I have set my goal to become a good teacher, and I know there is still a long way to go. To get well prepared, I have been taking much effort in this field. During my campus time, I was a haunter of the library. On the other hand, I thought I have been well fashioned to be a teacher in terms of my character. My name is Amma. English is my major and after the graduation I'm engaged in English teaching with the English teacher qualification. I love my students and my career deeply. As we konw ,the function of language is communication. So in my class, more focus on training students' ability of oral English were given. After structure training, students are supposed to grasp English characteristics comprehensively. With lots of practice and gradual improvements, finally let the students to speak English out confidently.
